Founded in 1979, Home-Mate is Michigan's oldest and largest roommate and homemate referral service.  Over 25,000 HOSTS and GUESTS have now used our services and nearly all have received successful matches.  Most business still comes from former satisfied customers as well as our other website at www.room-mates.com.

In December of 2005, Home-Mate was sold to new owners who are making exciting changes to better serve our growing clientele.  For example, we have upgraded our offices with new computers, peripherals and a telephone system, and enhanced our marketing efforts with both a new promotional and client focus. The new logo you see is the first revision made in 25 years!  These are just a few of the changes that have already generated instant employee and client benefits, and we look forward to implementing many new changes as time goes on.
